Every submission is reviewed against the same guidelines so the citywide programme stays worth trusting.
Requirements
- Your event takes place in Dhaka between 7 and 13 December 2026
- It is open to a relevant audience rather than being purely internal
- It has a clear host, format, time and confirmed venue
- It follows the Dhaka Tech Week code of conduct
- It is not a hard-sell sales pitch dressed as a community event

Does it cost anything to host a side event?
Hosts cover their own venue and running costs. Any listing terms will be confirmed with the submission process.

Anywhere in Dhaka. Events run across the city throughout the week — the neighbourhoods listed on this page are examples, not confirmed venues.
